"The letter is to thank you for implementing the Advanced MD software. As is typical with most office computer conversions there is a loss of income for a period of time, but this did not happen in our case. The transition was extremely quick and because of your billing expertise we were able to file claims for all insurance plans immediately. Even though the billing department was somewhat skeptical in the beginning they really appreciate the new system and technology now. Our collections from both insures and patients have shown definite improvement.
The appointment system was welcomed by the staff and it did not take long for anyone to catch on. We were looking for a product that everyone could learn and found it in Advanced MD."

"Your services are above adequate, I can say, with the volume of dictation that goes through this office, there are very few mistakes and when a mistake takes place you respond the same day or next to help correct it. This is very impressive to me. I would recommend you to others if the situation was presented. I feel your staff has been nothing but attentive to my needs and the quality of service from your staff is excellent. They are courteous when I may not be so understanding. They are quick to find the problem when dictation is missing and usually have it back to me faxed the same day.
